Welcome to a new world of possibilities!
My journey began in the town of Ioannina, where I pursued a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at the University of Ioannina. My interest in the intersection of science, technology, and the environment led me to move to Amsterdam, where I dived into the field of energy and sustainability at the University of Amsterdam.
After finishing my master’s I found myself being fascinated to appreciate the Gestalt approach. This approach, based on the holistic understanding of humans and their interactions, resonated deeply within me, sparking a fascination that transcended the boundaries of academic curiosity. Gestalt philosophy isn’t merely a way of thinking, but rather a way of living, influencing every facet of my personal and professional life.
Driven by this newfound passion, I decided to further explore the human psyche, which led me to another academic journey, this time in the realm of psychology. Now, as an expat psychologist in Amsterdam, I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from Vrije University. Currently, I am in my third year of specialisation in gestalt therapy at the NSG academy in Amsterdam. I am profoundly committed to this approach, and its principles underpin my daily practice. Through my studies and work, I have come to value the power of self-awareness, mindfulness, and personal responsibility in facilitating change and promoting better mental health.
Whether you’re an English speaker or a native Greek speaker, seeking support then look no further. If you are seeking a psychologist or a life coach who is passionate, authentic, and committed to your success, you have come to the right place. I’m excited to hear from you and to begin this journey together. Let’s unlock your full potential and create a life that truly speaks to who you are.

The curse of awareness by Frans Meulmeester
Subject of the workshop: Awareness as a tool in therapy. What the therapist feels in contact with the client is relevant to the process. How to lead the process but follow the client, with trust in the process. Get in contact with Gestalt, and expand our experiential knowledge on how to be present in contact with clients.

Diversity and inclusion by Marten Bos
Subject of the workshop: Dive in the principles of diversity and inclusion, approached from a Gestalt perspective. This experiential session delved deeply into the subconscious ways we, as individuals, may discriminate or harbour biases. Through a series of immersive exercises and reflective discussions, we were encouraged to confront and understand these inherent biases. A significant emphasis was placed on the development of active listening skills, underscoring the importance of truly hearing diverse voices and experiences.
